Refund Policy

This policy explains when an approved amount is returned, where it goes, how long providers may take, and how membership renewals are handled.

Last updated: 21 July 2026

Grip reduces risk; it does not remove it.

Use mats and grip products only on clean, dry, flat surfaces. Replace curled, shifted or damaged pieces. They do not replace professional accessibility or fall-prevention changes.

Check the exact floor finish first.

Rubber, PVC and adhesive backings can mark or discolour some finishes. Patch-test in a hidden area. Use only products marked suitable over underfloor heating, and check door clearance.

When refunds are issued

We refund approved eligible returns, cancelled unshipped orders, verified non-delivery, dispatch errors and faulty or misdescribed goods in accordance with law. Contact support with the order email and relevant evidence.

Method and timing

Refunds return to the original payment method. We submit an approved refund within 5 business days after inspection or approval; the payment provider and bank may take a further 5–10 business days to display it. We never ask you to pay a fee to release a refund.

Refund amount

For a complete eligible cancellation or fault, the refundable amount includes the item price and any delivery amount that consumer law requires. Expedited upgrades, import duties and change-of-mind return shipping are not ordinarily refundable. Any permitted deduction for handling beyond normal inspection is explained before completion.

Membership billing

Cancel membership to stop future renewals; the current paid term continues. A renewal already processed is reviewed under applicable cancellation law and the membership use already received. A Floor Studio quarterly item already dispatched is not refunded for cancellation alone.

Charge concerns and disputes

Email support@veitchifloorr.shop first so we can identify the order and remedy an error. Payment disputes are handled with the payment provider and relevant evidence. This process does not limit statutory complaint rights.
