Shipping & Delivery Policy

Floor goods vary from compact care kits to rolled rugs and multi-piece systems. This policy explains shipping cost, processing, parcel handling, customs and delivery problems.

Grip reduces risk; it does not remove it.

Use mats and grip products only on clean, dry, flat surfaces. Replace curled, shifted or damaged pieces. They do not replace professional accessibility or fall-prevention changes.

Check the exact floor finish first.

Rubber, PVC and adhesive backings can mark or discolour some finishes. Patch-test in a hidden area. Use only products marked suitable over underfloor heating, and check door clearance.

Worldwide delivery

We ship physical goods worldwide from fulfilment partners selected for the destination. Standard shipping is $12 for orders below $80 and included for orders of $80 or more. Floor Club and Floor Studio members receive standard worldwide shipping while active. Remote-zone, oversized or expedited options, when available, are shown before payment.

Processing and estimates

In-stock small mats and care goods normally leave fulfilment within 2–4 business days; large rugs and bundles within 3–6 business days. Indicative transit is 3–7 business days within the United Kingdom, 5–12 across Europe, and 7–18 for other destinations. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Public holidays, customs, weather and carrier disruption may add time.

Large rugs and split parcels

Area rugs, runners and multi-piece bundles may travel rolled and may arrive separately. Tracking is sent for each parcel. Allow a rolled textile to relax flat according to the care guide before use; do not force a curled edge beneath a door.

Address, customs and handover

Provide a complete deliverable address and reachable phone number. Contact support promptly if an address is wrong; changes are not always possible after dispatch. Import duties, taxes and brokerage may be charged to the recipient. Risk passes on physical delivery, subject to mandatory consumer law.

Delay, loss or damage

Check tracking first, then contact us if a parcel is materially late, lost, or arrives damaged. Keep packaging and send clear photos of parcel and product damage. We will investigate with the carrier and provide replacement, refund or another legal remedy as appropriate.
